With more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Steven brings a track record of success in scaling medical devices, biologics, and capital equipment technologies from concept to market.
Steven previously held senior leadership roles at industry giants including Becton Dickinson and CR Bard, where he served as Corporate Vice President overseeing national account strategies with the largest integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and group purchasing organizations (GPOs) in the U.S. His work has spanned oncology therapeutics, cardiovascular intervention, urology, tumor ablation, diagnostics, imaging, and surgical technologies.
In both startup and global environments, Steven has led initiatives in product development, clinical and regulatory affairs, contracting, and sales management — giving him a uniquely integrated view of healthcare commercialization.

As the founding CFO of World Energy Solutions (NASDAQ: XWES), he helped pioneer the deregulated energy market through one of the first large-scale reverse auction platforms. Since then, he’s served as CFO or advisor to multiple early-stage companies, helping guide them through capitalization, regulatory preparation, and market expansion — often wearing the dual hats of strategist and operator.
